Struggles with the pen

Write fast. Write neat. Is it legible? How long did it take?

This is my problem. I sometimes try and read over what I’ve written, and nope. I have no idea.

Is it better to write fast? Or write neatly?

Preferably both. In my case, though, it just didn’t seem to work out that way.
